1. Desalination Plant

2. Ion Exchange
All water supplies contain dissolved minerals. These dissolved minerals exist as electrically charged ions. Many industrial, commercial and institutional processes require high purity deionized water. Wiraco’s specialized design “Sandwich Polisher” is perfect to produce this high purity deionized water.
3. Pre-Treatment System
Pre treatment system can include various types of pre treatment equipment to remove color, suspended solids, dissolved solids and other contaminants harmful to the pure water treatment system and industrial process. We are specialized in pre treatment designs that protect your pure water treatment system from fouling and scaling, resulting in longer media and membrane lives and fewer cleaning cycles.
4. Water Injection Plant (Oil Recovery)
For every barrels of oil recovered, several barrels of water need to be treated and either re used or disposed of in compliance with regulatory permits. Regulations are limiting the concentrations of several dissolved contaminants such as boron, ammonia and numerous organic compounds that can be discharged into the environment, Wiraco custom engineered has developed processes in removing these constituents and actually create water suitable for reuse in processes.

8. Electro Deionization
Electrodeionization (EDI) is usually considered a water treatment technology that utilizes an electrode to ionize water molecules and separate dissolved ions (impurities) from water. It differs from other water purification technologies in that it is done without the use of chemical treatments and is usually a tertiary treatment to reverse osmosis (RO). Wiraco’s EDI products are used in ultrapure water systems in a diverse range of applications including in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, power generation and laboratory pure water system.
